RE: Grading Results - 26/11/2006

Now, Lizzie, if I didn't know you better, I'd be scared... ;)

Although this time I didn't grade, I too had a great time and would recommend training and grading days for everyone.

It was a great opportunity to learn a variety of skills (savate, savate defense, canne de combat), as well as to try my hands and feet at the grade above and see what the drills looks like when they're done properly (thanks, guys!).

The cherry on the top was definitely to beat up Screwi and Enzo with a stick and have a chance to win!!!

Thanks Ollie and Julie for organising a fun day - I thought it went very smoothly. Thanks to all the testers and trainers and particularly to Morgan for introducing me to the rabid delight of hitting people with sticks. What a great concept that is. Lovely to see you all again.

Some excellent performances - well done everyone!

And, thanks to all those who took part in testing panels and ran training sessions in savate, canne de combat and savate defence...
