Don't worry Pugil ! the person on the french forum is not a judge nor a referee and should shut up anyway ! So let him speak !!! I heard a lot about that fight and the tunisian girl has won ! that's it ! it's a shock for France to see Graziani loosing but it proves again that foreign fighters are getting better and better (and it's only the beginning!). You know that most of the French fighters want to have more and more challenge in the opposite corner. see you soon i hope !!!
I notice that someone has already posted on the Forum on the French Federation website complaining about how foreign Officials who 'judge strangely' are denying the French from winning everything.
I wonder if the person who posted is himself an accredited judge? I also wonder if he'd rather they just kept the World Championships for French competitors anyway, and only have a French Referee and French Judges? At least that way he could ensure that the French win everything.
Maybe he's worried that Savate will eventually go the way of English Boxing - where the French win very little at all nowadays!
World Championship Combat finals held in Nouan-Le Fuzelier, France
There was a shock result in the female 56-60kg category of the World Championship finale between Ingrid GRAZIANI (France) and Ahlem GRISSET (Tunisia) at the weekend. Despite having a superior height and reach advantage, Graziani lost the decision to the hard-fighting Grisset, the new World Champion.
